Will I be charged while the product is in beta?
No. The current beta tier is completely free while we focus on polishing matching, messaging, and trust tools. We will give you a minimum of 30 days notice before introducing paid plans.
Can I lock in beta pricing for the future tiers?
Yes. Loyal beta participants will get founder pricing when we introduce subscriptions later this year. You will be able to switch to any paid tier or stay on a free plan with reduced limits.
Do you support teams and multiple locations?
Team seats and multi-location management are part of the roadmap. If you need these features sooner, reach out so we can include you in the Power Seller design partner group.
How do fees work for successful matches?
During beta there are no transaction fees. After launch we expect to keep a simple success fee or include match credits inside paid tiers, depending on feedback.
