Find The Other Box is built for resellers who want to complete multi-box sets and move inventory faster. These guidelines help keep the marketplace honest, respectful, and safe for everyone.

Quick Do's (keep deals smooth)
- Do post the right box number and be upfront about condition + what's included.
- Do keep the important stuff in chat (price, box #, shipping/pickup, timing) so nobody has to guess later.
- Do ask for a couple extra pics if you need them (label, seals, corners, serial/model info, any damage).
- Do use tracked shipping and hang onto receipts—future you will thank you.
- Do hit Report if something feels off. It helps protect everyone.
Quick Don'ts (protect your time + the community)
- Don't pressure people with “pay now” vibes or threats—good deals don't need that.
- Don't wing the details (wrong box number, vague condition, or photos that don't match).
- Don't list anything illegal, stolen, or counterfeit.
- Don't share sensitive info (passwords, full card numbers, SSNs, etc.).
- Don't take the deal off-platform if it means losing the paper trail.
1. Be respectful
Treat other resellers with professionalism. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language are not allowed.
2. Be accurate and transparent
List items honestly and clearly. Include accurate box numbers, condition details and any relevant model/retailer information when available.
Misleading listings (wrong box number, unclear condition, bait-and-switch photos or descriptions) damage trust and may lead to account action.
3. No fraud or scams
Do not attempt to deceive users or misrepresent what you have. Do not use pressure tactics (urgency, threats, or “pay now or else”) or request payment methods that are commonly used for scams.
If something feels suspicious, stop and report it.
4. Keep communication documented (recommended)
We strongly recommend keeping key details in in-app chat (item details, box number, price, shipping/pickup terms). If you choose to communicate by phone, text, or other services, you may lose the benefit of documented conversation history in Find The Other Box.
If you need to verify details, request additional photos in chat when appropriate.
5. Protect privacy
Share only what's necessary to complete a transaction. Don't post or send sensitive information (passwords, full card numbers, SSNs, etc.). Never share another person's private details without consent.
Email addresses are not displayed to other users.
6. Prohibited goods and illegal activity
Listings for illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods are not allowed. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Reporting and enforcement
Use the in-app reporting tools to flag suspicious or abusive behavior. We may remove content, suspend listings, or take account action to help keep the community safe.
8. Updates to these guidelines
These guidelines will evolve as the marketplace grows. We'll notify users when material changes are made.
